Ngizwe Mchunu has stated that he will not apologise to Julius Malema, despite a recent ruling by the Gauteng High Court in Malema’s favour in a defamation case.

The court ordered Mchunu to issue an apology, but the outspoken activist has made it clear that he has no intention of complying. In a video widely shared on social media, Mchunu rejected the court’s directive and continued to level criticism at the Economic Freedom Fighters leader.

In the footage, Mchunu also referred to Malema’s political past as he dismissed calls for him to retract his statements.

“He is playing a game he used to play when he was in the ANC,” he said before adding further remarks that included insults directed at the EFF leader.

The video also features former radio personality Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma speaking with Mchunu and encouraging him to rethink his position.

She suggested that issuing an apology would allow him to put the matter behind him and focus on broader objectives.

“You’re not apologising for Malema. You are doing this so we can move on from this and focus on our mission, not on Malema,” she advised.

Despite her plea, Mchunu stood firm, insisting that he would not apologise.

His defiant stance has divided social media users, with some supporting his refusal and others questioning what consequences may follow if he continues to ignore the court ruling.
