The three-bedroom home is located in one of Johannesburg’s sought-after suburbs and has attracted attention after its listing appeared online. Lasizwe confirmed the sale on his X account.
According to the Property24 listing, the townhouse measures approximately 213 square metres. It has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a study and a private garden, while the complex offers 24-hour security. The property also comes with smart-home automation that can be controlled through voice commands and an app.
The listing comes as Lasizwe continues to make changes to his digital content operation. The entertainer has built a strong following through his YouTube productions, including Awkward Dates, which was later taken to television through a partnership with MultiChoice in 2025.

The property listing follows several changes in Lasizwe’s personal and professional life. In 2024, the YouTuber revealed that he had sold his 2021 black Range Rover because of financial constraints before later buying what he described as an “affordable” electric car.

Lasizwe also encouraged his followers not to view selling a vehicle negatively. “Also, this post is to normalise that it’s okay to sell your car.
