Over the weekend, Disney hosted the 30th Anniversary of The Lion King with a spectacular live-to-film concert event at The Hollywood Bowl. The iconic 1994 film roared to life on the Bowl screens, accompanied by a live orchestra, fireworks, and showstopping vocal performances of the film’s award-winning songs.
The event featured an impressive lineup of celebrity guests, including cast members from both the classic 1994 animated film and the 2019 live-action adaptation. Notably, Lebo M himself graced the stage, infusing the performance with the spirit of The Lion King.
Other luminaries included Billy Eichner, Bradley Gibson, Ernie Sabella, Heather Headley, Jason Weaver, Jeremy Irons, Nathan Lane, and special guests North West and Jennifer Hudson.
