Western Cape police have launched a manhunt following two separate shooting incidents that claimed the lives of six people in Cape Town over the weekend and on Monday morning.

The deadly attacks took place in Makhaza and Endlovini, with police confirming that no arrests have yet been made in either case.

In the first incident, three men aged between 20 and 24 were shot dead inside an informal dwelling in Makhaza on Sunday. According to reports, family members heard gunshots before discovering the victims with gunshot wounds inside the structure.

The victims were declared dead at the scene after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities have not yet disclosed a possible motive for the attack, and investigations remain ongoing.

Three Men Killed At Endlovini Shebeen

In a separate incident on Monday morning, three men in their thirties were shot at a shebeen in Endlovini.

The victims were taken to a local clinic, where all three later succumbed to their injuries.

Western Cape police confirmed that experienced detectives have been assigned to investigate both incidents as the search for those responsible continues.

No suspects have been arrested at this stage.
