Lamiez Holworthy, the talented DJ and proud mother, recently shared her excitement over her son Leano’s milestone achievement. In a heartwarming video posted on social media, Lamiez captured the precious moment of her little boy taking his first steps.
And it seems like Khuli Chana, who was also in the video, couldn’t contain his excitement as he guided the adorable Leano.
In the caption accompanying the video, Lamiez revealed that Leano had already taken a few steps at his 8th month, but now, at 9 months, he is confidently taking longer strides. Lamiez couldn’t help but express her joy and pride in her son’s development.

However, amidst the celebration, Lamiez also took a moment to encourage parents whose children may be older and have not yet started walking.
With her trademark wit, she humorously referred to Leano as her “roommate” and playfully mentioned his resemblance to his father.
Lamiez emphasized that every child grows and develops at their own pace, reassuring other parents that there is no need to worry if their little ones are taking a bit longer to reach this milestone.
Lamiez’s post serves as a reminder that each child’s journey is unique and should be celebrated in its own time. Leano’s early walking achievement is undoubtedly a cause for celebration, but it also highlights the importance of embracing and supporting individual development.
In her words, the DJ wrote, “So my Roomate who I carried for 9 whole months? You know,the one who betrayed me by looking like his father and nothing like me? Yea him. Well he’s walking at 9 months already.
“Ps. He started taking a step or two at 7/8 months already and was crawling way before that. To anyone else who has a baby,please remember that each individual child grows and develops at their own pace.”
