Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni is expected to testify before the Madlanga Commission on Friday morning. He is expected to face questions about Kwaggafontein and alleged criminal syndicates.
Sibanyoni is believed to operate about 400 minibus taxis across Gauteng and Mpumalanga. He has also been identified as an alleged victim in a separate case involving Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala, who allegedly attempted to assassinate him during a 2022 ambush.
