The African National Congress (ANC) has criticized the MK party supporters who gathered outside the party’s headquarters in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
The group had assembled outside Luthuli House on the day when former President Jacob Zuma was expected to appear before the ANC’s disciplinary committee. However, the meeting was later postponed.

During his election campaign trail in Inanda, north of Durban, ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula voiced his disapproval of the group.
Mbalula stated, “About 15 of them came to Luthuli House. It’s clear that they are just provocative, and our decisions were vindicated. We were correct in believing that they were there to promote anarchy.”
Mbalula further emphasized that despite the presence of MK supporters, Jacob Zuma would still face the ANC’s disciplinary processes. However, the party’s current focus is on the upcoming elections.
