One of the suspects was found in possession of an unlicensed firearm at a house, while the other suspect was located not far from the crime scene. Furthermore, the police also seized an unlicensed firearm that has been linked to a car hijacking incident in 2023 in Akasia.
Despite these developments, the authorities are actively pursuing a third suspect who had fled the location by the time of their arrival.
The heartbreaking incident unfolded when Junior was shot and killed last Friday while he was running to welcome his father. The father had just arrived home when the perpetrators of the crime launched their attack.
