It’s been a year since the tragic loss of Langa Mavuso’s boyfriend, Chef Lentswe Bhengu-Mafoko. The singer, however, has reportedly found love once again. This time, his heart has been captured by TV and radio host, Linda Mbuso.
Langa and Linda are head over heels in love. They no longer keep their relationship a secret and have even started attending public events together. They were spotted together at Hey Neighbour in December and spent the entire festive season as a couple.
When asked about his new relationship, Langa confirmed the news, saying, “Yes, Linda and I are dating.

“We are happy and things are going really well.” He also revealed that they met through a mutual connection. “He went to school with my cousin at Holy Family, and they were really close. That’s how we got to meet,” Langa explained.
Grieving the loss of a loved one is never easy, and Langa opened up about his journey through mourning. “It hasn’t been easy, but I have gone through therapy and have amazing support from family and friends,” he shared.
Despite the pain, Langa and his late boyfriend always knew they loved each other. Their love was evident in every text message, which always ended with the words, “Love first, love always.” Now, Langa must find new ways to embody that love and find a new place to share his heart.
Fortunately, Linda understands the complexities of grief, as he has also experienced a similar loss. Langa expressed his gratitude for Linda’s support during the difficult times. “He has helped me get through the hard times,” Langa acknowledged.
Despite the challenges they’ve faced, both Langa and Linda are focused on their happiness. Langa knows that his late boyfriend would want him to find joy again, and he believes that Linda is the person who can bring that happiness into his life.
“I know he wants me to be happy, and he is happy with the person I chose. I love love, and we are just happy,” Langa shared.
