She didn’t mince her words when she called out the ANC, saying, “But you like gossiping about white people @iam_anc @myanc. We don’t have electricity since yesterday, and water they say it can be finished anytime and it can only be fixed on Tuesday.”
Clearly frustrated, Khumalo pointed out that the ANC was using these issues as a campaign tool. She expressed her shame as a black person living in the estate, feeling let down by a party that she once supported. She even went as far as saying, “ANC You are not defendable, even how we can love you, but it is hard to defend you shame 🚮.”
But Khumalo didn’t just stop at expressing her disappointment; she also urged people to consider voting for alternative parties. In a passionate plea, she emphasized the importance of using our heads, rather than just our hearts, when casting our votes.
Zandile Khumalo said, “Guys, we have options this year than IFP and EFF and others who need a chance, choose your own party and vote for us you see if we never vote we will suffer till we die.”
It’s clear that Khumalo has reached her breaking point. She believes that enough is enough and that it’s time for a change. She didn’t shy away from calling out the ANC for their failures and shortcomings, urging others to do the same.
