Ndou stands accused of gunning down seven relatives, including children and adults, in what is believed to be an act of violence stemming from a family inheritance dispute.

The victims include Donald and Ndivhuwo Ndou, one-year-old Wanga, four-year-old Ronewa, eight-year-old Dakalo, 12-year-old Rendani, and 37-year-old Portia Mabasa. The shocking incident has left the local community in deep mourning.

Trial Highlights: A Man of Few Words

Throughout the trial, Enoch Ndou remained silent, choosing not to call any witnesses in his defence. The prosecution has argued that the killings were a result of a bitter family feud over inheritance, while the defence has yet to provide a clear explanation for the tragic events.

With all the evidence presented, including testimonies from witnesses and the chilling details of the massacre, the court is now set to decide whether Ndou’s actions were premeditated and whether he should face the full extent of the law for the deaths of his relatives.

Court Delays and Final Verdict

The judgment in Ndou’s case had been delayed previously due to the unavailability of his lawyer, Advocate Kagiso Muthivhithivhi, at the last court session. However, today marks the day when the long-awaited verdict will be handed down.

Judge Thogomelani Tshidada will now review the facts and deliver the final judgment that will determine whether Ndou is found guilty of the murders.
